Sample Service

Our complimentary sample service allows you to order up to four cut samples, delivered to your address free-of-charge within 3-5 working days.

Each cut sample measures 10 cm x 10 cm (100 mm x 100mm); you’ll find an ‘Add Sample’ button on all of our Floors & Walls product pages. 

Samples provide a good overview of colour, texture and finish.  It’s best to compare them at different times of day, in natural and artificial light. 

Bear in mind that samples may not show the edge of a tile, a complete pattern or motif, or colour variation. Multiple samples of the same product can be ordered from our team and there are also tile samples available throughout the showroom.

Our tiles are made from natural materials, often by artisans. There will be tonal variations between batches and where materials have been sourced from different quarries. Whilst they provide a good indication of aesthetic, they won’t provide an exact representation of a product, as each tile is individual. 

Photographs of finished installations and of products currently stocked in our warehouse are also available, to show examples of colour and tonal variations between batches.
