We offer a nationwide delivery service which is calculated according to product weight and size during the check-out process. We also ship internationally and will quote on request. Unless alternative arrangements have been made and depending on the size of the order, bath deliveries will generally be palletised and undertaken using a 17.5 ton lorry, which is a similar size to a dustbin lorry. Pallets will then be lowered to the ground using a tail lift and pallet truck. The pallet will then be left at the nearest convenient location at the discretion of the driver, which may be the kerbside. Ensure your bath is placed on a level surface and can adequately support the weight of the bath. For our metal baths, the waste is situated on the base of the bath. Ensure plumbing connections and your waste pipework is suitably positioned. Consider the position of your bath taps – wall mounted or freestanding – and ensure that your supply pipework is suitably positioned for installation.

We recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild cleaning solution. After each use, rinse the bath clean to remove soap residue and prevent build up. Avoid harsh abrasives or bleach which can damage the metal. After cleaning, dry bath with a soft cloth to prevent water spots or mildew.
